Physical Therapist

We are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated, physical therapist willing to take responsibility in a busy, P.T. owned office located in Monroe CT, with a varied caseload.

Skill with mobilization techniques and an interest in soft tissue injuries is an advantage. Our patients' diagnoses run the range of orthopedic neuro-musculo-skeletal disorders, sports injuries, work related injuries, motor vehicle accidents and post surgical work.

This is a rewarding career opportunity offering quality care. Strong evaluation skills are necessary as many patients come to us through direct access. Our clinic is well respected both locally and throughout the region. Over 300 different physicians referred patients to us in 2014.

The work environment is friendly, and personal development is encouraged. Communication within the office is excellent, creating a caring and comfortable atmosphere for both patients and staff. We are strongly committed to the education and professional development of our team members.

Attendance at courses and post graduate studies at local universities and colleges is encouraged and supported financially.

The successful candidate will be a dynamic, highly motivated physical therapist eager for challenge in an expanding well-equipped office.

Initiative, flexibility and a positive approach are desirable traits for this position, as well as the desire to provide first rate care of the highest possible professional and ethical standards. New program development is encouraged and supported. We are successful in balancing innovation with proven and effective manual techniques.

Salary is commensurate with experience. There is a monthly and yearly incentive system which can result in a maximum of $8,000 in bonuses.

The first year we offer up to 32 paid days off - 7 holidays, 10 days vacation, up to 3 professional development days after 6 months, and up to 12 compensation days. Benefits include paid health insurance, life insurance, professional liability insurance, workers compensation coverage, APTA and state dues, and unlimited course and tuition reimbursement. A matching 401K is available to all fulltime employees.

New Grads with interest in the pursuit of clinical excellence will be considered and mentored if selected. Interview expenses will be paid and some relocation assistance may be available. We look forward to hearing from you.
