After Hours Call Center Manager
Companions & Homemakers, Inc, Connecticut's leading provider of home care for older adults is seeking an After Hours Manager. This is a full time salaried position and includes competitive wages, excellent health coverage benefits, 401k, merit-based discretionary bonuses, and paid training. This position offers a unique opportunity to work a 4 day work week Friday through Monday. Applicant must be able to multi-task, work well under pressure and prioritize. Our environment is different than that of a typical call-center environment. We treat each person who calls us with special care and consideration. We do not have scripts since each caller has a unique situation that we are committed to accommodate and service.
Job Title: After Hours Manager
Responsibilities:
- Ensure quality service delivery to client constituency
- Direct operations for the After Hours Team responsible for triaging client and caregiver calls
- Monitor systems, identify problem areas, and develop and implement action plans
- Demonstrate a desire to set and meet objectives and to find increasingly efficient ways to perform tasks
Requirements:
- 3 - 5 years of management experience
- Strong management skills and personality
- Ability to effectively lead a remote team
- Ability to identify problems and solve complex issues
- Ability to respond promptly to client and family needs
- Ability to interpret performance metrics
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment & multi-task
- Professional demeanor

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
