BILLING MANAGER Revenue Cycle I Multi Specialty Group in Waterbury, CT seeks an experienced Revenue Cycle! Billing Manager. Responsibilities include complete oversight of billing staff and Revenue Cycle including Billing, follow up, Denial Management and Collections. Responsibilities also include Contract analysis and participation in Contract negotiations and management. Implementation of ICD-10 as well as training and development of staff. This Key Management position plays an integral part of the practice Management Team. This position requires a minimum of 5 years Billing Management experience as well as thorough knowledge of current Billing requirements and regulations. Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels ofthe organization, strong analytical skills, strong computer skills as well a thorough knowledge of the Workers Compensation system and process are also required.
