About IPI: IPI is a growing Third Party Administrator that has been in business since 1966. We are looking to expand our work force for the right candidate to fulfill the following position.
Job Purpose: We are looking for a candidate to assist our Accounts Receivable Team in the processing of our Clients’ contribution reports for health, pension and annuity benefits, along with applicable payments with speed and accuracy. Candidate will have diversification of duties and have daily, weekly and monthly deadlines and be primarily responsible for the reconciliation pieces of the puzzle.
Job Duties:
- Daily calculation of contribution reports (paper or electronic) with applicable payments
- Prepare reports for data entry
- Prepare checks for deposit
- Reconcile monies received to cash receipts edit
- Maintain all diversified recordkeeping, status reports, delinquencies, etc.
- Must be able to work with accountants, attorneys, clients and peers in a professional manner
- Complies with HIPAA HITECH and all policies and procedures
- Perform other projects and duties as assigned
Skills Requirement:
- Excel and Word expertise
- Good math, analytical and problem solving skills
- Speed & accuracy on calculator and PC keyboard
- Pays attention to detail
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Dependable, reliable and conscientious
- Works well under pressure and is deadline driven
Education: College degree or combination of education and experience
Technical Knowledge: Computer literate. Experience with electronic files, downloading and researching. AS400 helpful but not required
