Milford Hospital is seeking an experienced professional to join its
management team.

DIRECTOR OF FACILITY SERVICES

This individual will be responsible for the day-to-day management and operations of the Engineering/Facilities and Environmental Services Departments. Duties include managing the renovation, repairs, maintenance, cleaning, grounds and utilities of the hospital and off-site facilities, Environment of Care and Life Safety; ensuring compliance; and supervising contracted services for security, biomedical engineering, grounds keeping and construction projects.

Qualified individuals will have at least 5 years of related experience, preferably in an acute care hospital maintenance management capacity. Excellent leadership and customer service skills, a working knowledge of building systems and a strong knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements are required; current S1, P1 & F1 licenses, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field, are preferred.
