Norwalk Public Schools is seeking candidates for the Building Systems Supervisor position. This position is accountable for supervising and coordinating maintenance and repair projects in the buildings and maintenance trades; and the operation and the maintenance of a wide-range of complex heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC/R) and/or mechanical and electrical equipment and/or systems for the District. Six yrs. of exp. in the repair and maintenance of large buildings; three yrs. of General Experience must have been performing skilled trade functions in HVAC/R, BMS, and central plant operations. Valid driver s lic & transportation req d. Sal: $66,418-$75,000 annually + full fringe bnfts.
