Primary responsibilities include designing, implementing and ensuring clinical systems to support exceptional services for young women. Clinical oversight, supervision of 2 clinicians, quality assurance of clinical systems and overall program management are primary functions. Individual must have strong communication and administrative skills. LCSW/LMFT, 2-3 years managerial experience, and experience in clinical assessment and individualized treatment planning.
