MAINTENANCE, PAINT & REPAIR SHOP TECHNICIAN Choate Rosemary Hall, located in Wallingford, CT, a coeducational boarding school of 864 students, grades 9 12, is seeking a full-time Maintenance, Paint and Repair Shop Technician (MPR Tech). Reporting to the MPR Shop Supervisor, the MPR Tech is responsible for interior and exterior painting on campus, repair to ceilings, walls, floors, doors, door hardware, and locks, general repairs, and maintenance to roofing and gutter systems. Previous experience in building maintenance and painting, knowledge, experience and skills in the carpentry trade required. Must have a high school degree or equivalent with trade school or continuing education preferred. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well within a team environment also required. We offer a good salary and benefits package and a generous pension plan.
