Auto Quality Assurance Analyst

The position is for a QUALITY ASSURANCE ANALYST whose primary function will be to assess and edit completed inspection reports. You will work directly with customers, our field inspectors, and our preliminary editors to ensure the reports are as accurate and detailed as possible and meet the high standard of the quality we set. You will also perform other duties as the business requires, including completing reports, maintaining company equipment, handling complaints, maintaining activity records, sales calls and other things as well.

Except for rare occasions no travel is likely to be required. This office position is located in Mansfield, CT and will be responsible for the entire USA and Canada.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 3 years of automotive experience. Auto damage adjuster, Appraisal, Automotive Service Dept. Manager or similar will be preferred but, it is really your strong general knowledge of cars (especially collector cars) that is important to us.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Non-traditional; may well work more than 40 hours a week.
  • Effective team player
  • Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Advanced knowledge of collector cars
  • Proficient in use of MS Office, (Photoshop a plus)

Ideally you will have a wide knowledge of collectors car, auto body repairs and a strong automotive background. You should be able to demonstrate your analytical and decision making skills, your ability to manage and resolve conflict, and your outstanding communication skills. You will need strong organizational skills to effectively prioritize and manage your time and to service clients with a strong sense of urgency. You must be able to work autonomously.
