Quality Control Associate

Fabrique, a Global import company of computer cases is currently looking for an in-house quality control associate to work in our Branford offices.  We are an OEM manufacturer whom designs, manufactures, and distributes computer bags worldwide.  We have an opening for a team member to join us in our QA-Design Team department.   Your primary job within our organization consists of the shipment tracking, product quality review, and distribution of our manufacturing samples. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Tracking sample bags worldwide-incoming and outgoing.
• Management of Samples
• Control & Maintain shipping logs
• Package and Ship Samples
• Record and measure dimensions of products as per specification
• Track sample inventory
• Maintain Sample storage rooms
• Willingness to assist others when necessary
• Desire and curiosity to learn and support a growing OEM company
• Maintain and process website orders

 

Candidate qualifications include:

• Experience in luggage/computer cases preferred
• Ability to multi task and detailed follow through is essential
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills
• Experience with International shipping desired
• 3+ years of relevant work experience required
• Must be a team player willing to help out as needed
• Position may require some overtime
• Able to lift heavy boxes

 

Salary target: $30-$35K based upon experience
