Explore this opportunity in our New Canaan, CT Headquarters Office, with the tech team handling the deployment and maintenance of our new ERP system (IFS).

You’ll interact with business owners and various company/vendor personnel while building and supporting the system, and contribute significanly to system testing, research, and analyses. Initially, you will evaluate business processes (sales, logistics, distribution, human resources, finance, etc.) and functional requirements, gather reporting requirements, and document system design. You will then hold ongoing responsibility for IFS administration, problem resolution, reports using SQL, software installations, workflow redesigns and more.

To join us, you must possess:

• At least 10 years of IT experience that spans various methodologies, platforms, technologies and frameworks
• Some prior experience as an ERP business and systems analyst, with an emphasis on reporting technologies (SQL, Crystal Reports, IFS Quick Reports)
• EDI and business intelligence experience
• Outstanding communication and prioritizing skills
• User troubleshooting and technical training experience
• A mining or logistics background and Oracle DBA desired.
