Staff Accountant With roots tracking back to 1922 and offices in Waterbury and Farmington, Charles Heaven & Co. , is a dynamic and growing CPA firm serving a diverse client base offering accounting, audit, tax, bookkeeping and advisory services. Due to the continued growth of our firm, we are currently seeking high-energy, self-motivated professionals with recent tax, audit and accounting experience. You will lead a variety of accounting duties primarily consisting of preparing individual tax returns and working on audit engagements for non-profits and government entities. Position requires previous accounting experience, strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Working knowledge of Quickbooks, Excel and Word are a must, Ultra Tax a plus.
