MANUFACTURING Global Steering Systems, LLC in Watertown is looking to hire a 2nd shift Group Leader. This position you will lead the assigned mfg. area to produce products that will support our customer s needs for quality and on time delivery. Seek continuous improvement in manufacturing to support key divisional and plant goals. Ensure timely delivery through our production schedule, monitor WIP to control department goals, develop cross-trained workforce, analyze scrap reports, review internal audits (quality, safety, etc.), ensure systems developed for process control are strictly adhered to, ensure operator certification/training, review overtime needs to meet production budget, promote and ensure high safety and housekeeping standards.
