Description:

South Windsor Company hiring for a full time/3^rd shift(M-F, 11PM-7AM) machine operator to run equipment for a unique production process. Full benefits include medical, dental, life, retirement, paid vacation/holidays and more. 

Requirements:

·         High School Diploma or GED equivalent

·         Must be able to work alone/independently

·         Some experience with machinery and equipment preferred but not required. 

·         Must be able to train on 1^st, 2^nd, and 3^rd shifts.

·         Safety oriented individual

·         Able to lift up to 50 lbs

·         Must pass all background checks

Job Duties:

Will perform set-ups for various wire, cable, and tubing products and follow specific customer procedures for run. Will run un-winders, re-winders, conveyors and other handling equipment used in process of material. Some paperwork will be required to keep track of tasks completed and finished and processed work.  Expected to focus on fast through-put while meeting all quality requirements and safety standards.  More detail will follow during interview process.
