THERAPIST (A-CRA/ACC New Britain/Meriden) Three (3) full time Therapist positions are available for CJR s new Adolescent Community Reinforcement Approach/Assertive Continuing Care program (A-CRA/ACC) located in New Britain (Region 5). The Therapists will provide comprehensive evaluations and individualized treatment plans; provide both clinic-based and community/home based treatment services utilizing the A-CRA and ACC models of care to youth and families; coordinate the provision of services in Waterbury, Torrington and Danbury areas; work flexible schedules to accommodate individual and family needs and respond to crisis situations, including evenings and weekends. Additional responsibilities include: meeting A-CRA and ACC certification requirements; becoming GAIN Q3 Certified; conduct random urinalysis testing; submission of data to web based system; audio record client sessions and receive fidelity reviews. Requires a Master s Degree in a behavioral health field and will be licensed in the state of Connecticut or license eligible. Prior experience with counseling adolescents and families and/or substance abuse treatment is preferred. Must have strong computer skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates encouraged to apply.
