Program Supervisor Position
Description |
Overall responsibility for 24-hour staffed group home. Supervise direct care staff, implement client treatment plans, oversee clinical documentation and the utilization of an electronic record system; serves as a liaison to external providers and the community at-large. The Community Integration Services Program Manager is a professional who actively supports the overall philosophy and mission statement of CHD including CHD/Adult Mental Health. He/She also maintains a high level of commitment to program staff. The CIS Program Manager provides support, training and supervision to Direct Care Staff as they assist individuals with co-occurring disorders of mental illness and chemical addiction in their efforts to live independently in the community. The CIS Manager works within the program’s model, establishing open communication, support, and accountability among co-workers and staff. The CIS Manager is responsible for the training and supervision of all Full, Part-Time and Direct Care Staff. The CIS Manager is accountable to the Assistant Program Director, who provides supervision and training. |
Requirements |
Minimum two years experience with the population as well one year supervisory experience. Must have excellent oral and written communication and must be proficient in use of computers. Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred. LCSW, LMFT, LPC preferred. Reliable automobile and valid driver’s license required. |
