Worldscreen, Inc., a national manufacturer of retractable awning and solar shades, has an immediate opening available for a Plant Manager.

Summary:

The Plant Manager will oversee the production process and manage warehouse staff. Responsibilities would include manufacturing retractable awnings and solar screens, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, purchasing of shop supplies and equipment. Candidate must have the ability to evaluate and update production schedule to meet customer and company deadlines. Must have the ability to problem solve mechanical and technical issues. Must manage time and resources effectively, have fine attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of the manufacturing process.

Requirements:

• Must have 5+ years manufacturing experience
• Must have 5+ years managing staff
• Must be mechanically inclined and able to operate all types of tools & equipment
• Must be fork lift licensed
