Full Time & Part Time positions available.

Must be willing to learn martial arts.

 

• Front End sales of long term martial arts programs
• making appointments
• Organizing and Marketing Studio Events: Camps/Birthday Parties
• Calling and in house promoting internal events to clients
• Calling and in house promoting specials to past clients and contacts
• Organization of the office
• Greeting Clients in the lobby

• High School graduate minimum (College Graduate preferred)
• Experience in Sales a must!!
• Phone Skills a must!!!
• Experience in teaching a plus
• Self motivated, responsible, and have outstanding people skills.
• Demonstrated strong communication skills
• Strong Desire to work with others of all ages

Highly Energetic Personality a must!!

Compensation
Entry Level Program Director-Sales pay: $10-16+ per hour (additional bonuses)
Senior Level Program Director-Sales pay: $27,000-$34,000 base salary + studio performance bonus (potential for $55,000+ total income)

A robust training program is included for all positions
