Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader is an experienced property maintenance worker and works with minimal supervision.  He/she will work as a crew member as they direct the day to day activities of their crew at the jobsite.  Operation of a variety of equipment is essential and must have working knowledge of horticultural practices. This position may also work closely with other crew leaders and their crews; management and office personnel, and clients.  He/she will also be responsible for managing equipment and supplies.

To be considered for this position, the candidate must have a valid drivers’ license, NO DUIs, and pass a background check.

Requirements for this position are:

• High School Degree or GED
• 1+ years experience preferred but not required, will train qualified applicant.
• Strong oral/written communication skills, Math skills, Planning/Organization skills
• Working knowledge of standard horticultural practices including but not limited to planting, pruning, corrective pruning, and fertilization
• Working knowledge of maintaining a property including but not limited to mowing, weed eating,, blowing, and trimming
• Must be able to work in outside weather of heat/cold; wet and/or humid conditions
• Must be able to work weekends and overtime, as needed
• Speak Spanish is helpful, but not required
