MRC Director

MRC Director is responsible for the operations of a 56 unit State PILOT Assisted Living facility. Mandatory requirements of qualified applicant Certified Tax Credit Professional with a minimum of level 3 certification (C3P), Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, 5 years minimum experience in property management of a low income housing tax credit program including experience with occupancy report to CHFA (TIC), experience with property management data processing software, (PHA-Web currently in use), highly proficient with Microsoft office products. Elder care experience also mandatory. This position is responsible for both contract management and direct personnel management in three main areas of operation and management of the program vendors including food services, Assisted Living Services Agency and Core Services operational employees. Core services include housekeeping, operational assistance, services coordination, recreational activity coordination. Direct supervision of personnel for the Core Services is included in this position. Responsibilities also include marketing, leasing and continued occupancy, qualifying applicants for tax credit and Home Care for the Elderly (State of Connecticut), scheduling shift coverage and managing staff, budgeting, property management, payroll, human resources, dwelling and building and facility maintenance oversight.
