Reverse Solutions has a terrific opportunity for an experienced team leader looking to make an impact. This position allows great exposure to all levels of company management. This hands-on position will be responsible for managing and administrating the day to day operation of our eBay Department. This includes product receiving, organization, labor planning, sales, marketing, and delivery of product. REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in administrative skills and organization, warehouse/distribution management, excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. At least 5 years of related experience, along with the skills to manage and be a self-starting and self-motivated professional. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is required. Prior related experience is a plus.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

As eBay Team Leader, within this department, you will:

· Establish and maintain processing volume and customer loyalty.

· Recruit and manage employees to be consistent with an exceptional level of customer service as the department grows.

· Strive for operational excellence in all areas.

· Manage product inventory levels, making adjustments as necessary; insure inventory accuracy.

· Manage receiving, processing, and shipping of product.

· Miscellaneous duties to assist the company in its quest for growth.

· Perform tasks accurately.

· Assist with other projects as assigned.

Physical Requirements: Work is in a warehouse environment. Employee will be required to lift between 30 to 50 pounds. Movements vary between bending, sitting, stooping and climbing. Temperature ranges from 50 to warm in the summer months.
