DESCRIPTION

To continue to expand our services, we are seeking professional men and women who are enthusiastic, motivated and ready to start their career as a Financial Services Representative. Ideal candidates will be entrepreneurial and have the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships that can lead to unlimited financial success.

We provide weekly supervision, evaluation and feedback throughout the pre-appointment period with your own individual mentor so you’ll have a clear perspective of your development and growth opportunity to assess your progress. We have a structured, continuous in-house training and coaching that includes education in Financial Planning, Marketing, and Corporate Education. We offer a full comprehensive benefit package and starting salary for up to 19 weeks.  At Barnum Financial Group you are in business for yourself but not by yourself!

RESPONSIBILITIES

*Building relationships by developing a business plan to attract and acquire new clients.                                                                                                         

*Assess clients’ financial needs, goals, by creating a plan that includes strategies designed to help clients pursue their long term goals.                     
*Facilitate client assets and achieve client satisfaction and loyalty through excellent service.

REQUIREMENTS

Assertive, ambitious, energetic, self-disciplined, self-motivated, and independent. We are looking for candidates with a proven pattern of success and preferably a degree with a Business, Finance or Marketing emphasis. We also welcome candidates in the fields of banking, law and accounting. Upon being appointed with our company you will complete an intensive orientation & training program which will be your first step toward a successful career.
