DIRECTOR OF BUDGET & BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE We seek an affective and seasoned leader to manage the budget and business intelligence teams for the Health ministry. Core responsibilities include the annual preparation of a five year Integrated Strategic Financial Plan (ISFP) and the management of financial data to assist management in their decision processes. Included in the ISFP is a detailed annual operating and capital budget for the Ministry, supplemented with monthly compliance monitoring. Finance data includes the maintenance of the hospital charge masters and cost accounting systems, requiring a thorough knowledge of healthcare reimbursement and regulatory standards and cost accounting methods. Excellent written and verbal communications skills, combined with technical and organizational skills is a must. Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance or related field with minimum of 7 years of management experience required. Master s degree or CPA licensed a plus.
