Physical Therapy Manager A full-time position is open for a Physical Therapy Manager whose assignment will be approximately 50% clinical and 50% managerial. The opportunity is in Southeastern Connecticut in a modern outpatient practice offering physical therapy, sports rehabilitation, sports training, and general fitness. Among other amenities, the facility includes a 2,500 square foot, 2 stories tall gym area with batting cage, turf surfaces, and the latest in fitness equipment. Five plus years of experience as a physical therapist with a concentration in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation is required. Experience as a supervisor or manager is also preferred with business development, program management, budgeting, and supervisory skills. The ideal candidate will have abilities with electronic health record and an understanding of how E.H.R.'s can impact the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of care. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated awareness of how customer service impacts the success of an organization. A Connecticut license and CPR certification are required for this position.
