Requires mechanical skill and/or knowledge in the following areas:
Previous Experience: Experience in mechanical and material handling systems or equivalent training/certification preferred.

Duties:
Performs technical maintenance tasks, such as:
- Repair and maintain boiler, chiller, pneumatic equipment.
- Install, dismantle and inspect air, water, cooled water, systems related to environmental control.
- Assist others in the performance of maintenance activities.
- Do simple HVAC fabrication.
- Have familiarity with automated building control systems.
- Log scheduled inspection reports of the operating equipment, fixed building equipment and building structures, maintenance, repairs and other records and schedules.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Requires mechanical skill and/or knowledge in the following areas:
- HVAC Systems, pneumatic compressors.
- Requires license to operate mechanical equipment.
- Basic leadership, people development, and planning skills.
- Must submit resume and pass assessment test.
Previous Experience: Experience in mechanical and material handling systems or equivalent training/certification preferred.
