MAINTENANCE HVAC TECHNICIAN
Salary Range: $ 19.45 $25.45
Shift: 2nd Shift M-F 2:00pm-10:30pm
Full Time


Duties:
Performs technical maintenance tasks, such as:

1. Repair and maintain boiler, chiller, pneumatic equipment.
   
2. Install, dismantle and inspect air, water, cooled water, systems related to environmental control.
   
3. Assist others in the performance of maintenance activities.
   
4. Do simple HVAC fabrication.
   
5. Have familiarity with automated building control systems.
   
6. Log scheduled inspection reports of the operating equipment, fixed building equipment and building structures, maintenance, repairs and other records and schedules.
   
7. Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
Requires mechanical skill and/or knowledge in the following areas:

1. HVAC Systems, pneumatic compressors.
   
2. Requires license to operate mechanical equipment.
   
3. Basic leadership, people development, and planning skills.
   
4. Must submit resume and pass assessment test.

Previous Experience: Experience in mechanical and material handling systems or equivalent training/certification preferred.
