Companions & Homemakers, an established and growing company focusing on in home care for older adults, is seeking a weekend after hours response person.
- Must be able to work at home independently and with little supervision.

- Saturday & Sunday - 48 hours on-call

- Heavy call volume at times applicant must be able to multi-task & prioritize.
- Responsibilities include:
o responding to calls on company provided telephone in a timely manner,
o coordinating emergency coverage among existing staff for elderly clients
o handling new client intakes.
- handling client and caregiver issues and concerns.
- Prior on-call experience a plus. Must be able to devote all weekend hours on a consistent basis, preferable without other full-time weekday employment.
- Cell phone and access to scheduling tools provided.
- Must live in the state of Connecticut
