* Minimum 2 year college degree.

* Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).

* Computer literate - strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel); internet savvy.

* Data entry experience/skill related to CRM and/or any standard Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system

* Possess excellent customer service skills and attitude

* Must be detailed oriented and possess excellent organizational and time management skills

* Extremely proficient analytical and problem solving skills

* Ability and desire to continually learn on the job
